The offered breakfast was delicious with four freshly cooked fryed eggs provided. The staff was PLEASANT, nice, and responded promptly to requests. Location: the hotel was not far from town centre, and Rabati, Akhaltsikhe's main attraction.

The location is amazing, close to a beautiful fortress, easy to find with shops and restaurants nearby, enjoyed having drinks at Old Pub just 1 mile away, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of food.

I recently stayed at Hotel New Star for a couple of days during my visit to Rabati Castle. The hotel is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the castle, making it the closest accommodation option. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast offered at the hotel is definitely worth the price. The room, although not very spacious, had all the necessary amenities such as an easy chair, desk, and fridge. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and the complimentary water and wine that were provided. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.
Can just recommend this hotel.

we had an amazing family holiday in Akhaltsikhe, and our stay at New Star was even better than before. The central location, renovated rooms with stunning views and helpful staff made our stay unforgettable. The complimentary homemade wine and easy check-in were just the icing on the cake.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved that the hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from both Rabati Castle and the minibus station. the staff was friendly and the building itself is brand new, with top-condition facilities. the multiple TV channels in English were a plus for our downtime.
Felt so much at home, nothing to complain about.
